Most personalised orders leave our shop in 3 to 5 business days once artwork is approved. Small single-item jobs can often be completed the same day — call ahead and we will tell you honestly whether we can fit it in.

No. We engrave single keepsakes and gifts just as carefully as 500-piece corporate runs. Bulk pricing tiers begin at 25 units.

Vector files give the sharpest result — .AI, .EPS, .SVG or a vector .PDF. We also work from high-resolution .PNG and .JPG files, and we can redraw or clean up artwork for you if what you have is low resolution.

Metal and stainless steel, wood, glass, acrylic, leather and leatherette, marble, granite, anodised aluminium, coated metals, slate and ceramic. If you are unsure about a material, send us a photo and we will confirm.

Yes. Pricing improves at 25, 100 and 250 units, and we can hold your logo on file so repeat orders are straightforward. Tell us your quantity and deadline and we will send a written quote.

Always. We send a digital proof showing exact placement and sizing, and nothing goes to the laser until you approve it in writing.

Often, yes. Rush capacity depends on the week and the material, so please call rather than emailing if your deadline is tight.

Both. We ship nationwide and offer pickup at our Downers Grove and Villa Park locations. Note that Downers Grove is in an industrial park with locked security doors — please call before you visit.
